Shipping policy
Order Processing All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@immabeoutside.com and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order enters production.
